About Fox Home Services, LLC
Fox Home Services was founded by Mike and Pop, who have a rich history in the construction and home improvement industry. Pop began his career in construction, mastering various skills such as drywall hanging, fine carpentry, and tiling. After earning degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University, he worked in finance before starting a home improvement business with his wife, Joy, in 1986. Their company, Brilliant Images, gained national recognition and served a diverse clientele in the DMV area.
In 2011, Pop founded Higher Ground Project - Home Services in Pennsylvania, where his son Mike joined him. They relocated to Charlotte, NC, in 2014, where Mike furthered his education in Sustainable Technologies/Electrical. The family returned to Maryland in 2016 to be close to Pop's father. We are blessed with the opportunity to work along side each other and look forward to working with you!
I grew up in a hardworking family, watching my father coach countless young men in baseball, football, and wrestling. He was a dedicated teacher who never missed an opportunity to instill the value of knowledge in us. His impact on their lives and futures was evident, and I was proud to celebrate his excellence with his peers and players.
My father taught me to work hard, be kind and empathetic, and always strive for excellence. He emphasized the importance of attention to detail, mastering the fundamentals, listening, and maintaining confidence—all while keeping a smile on your face. These values were passed down from my father to me, and now to my son, Mike.
Our family tradition is to be prepared, work hard, do great work, and inspire others. We aim to positively impact everyone we meet. Now, as "Pop," I am proud to see Mike following in my footsteps. You have our promise to treat you like family. Welcome to our family!
